Debbie was amazing and made buying car a very pleasant experience. She is amazing, professional, caring, knowledgeable and informative and customer focused, Most dealers don't get that buying a car should be a pleasurable experience and taking care of the customer's needs should be the top priority. This is the first dealer that I have encountered that understands what is important to me and customers like me I will be a repeat customer and spread the word
Service started on time, was explained thoroughly and was presented by friendly service reps. Free coffee, water and donuts while you wait is a nice touch.
When we were introduced to the service manager of the dealer where we bought our Accord (next county over from Mahwah) he was reared back on a chair, his feet on the counter, eating. He waved a chicken leg at us. Needless to say, we do not have our car repaired there. Instead, we go to Mahwah Honda, where we have had great experiences for ten years now. Paul was marvelous with our Civic, and now he's marvelous with our Accord. I can't praise the service department enough.

Even though my wait time was an hour and a half, everything was easy, smooth and comfortable. Dunkin Donut muffins and coffee helped! Employees were all polite and courteous and very knowledgable.

I went for oil change and a small recall, waited for car. They told me 90 minutes, was done in about 50!!! Very professional, clean. Didn't try to push stuff I didn't come in for, just made recommendations for future service.
